We are Laura & Jess Tilli.
We own Brown & Green which consists of 6 cafes, a lakeside wedding venue, an events catering company & full events & wedding co/ordination.
We have a true passion for bringing people together through food, entertaining & event planning.
We love what we do and where we live. Crystal Palace is the beating heart to our company and we pride ourselves in creating beautiful, down to earth weddings with spectacular food.​​

I am a South London based Wedding & Events Co-ordinator. I co-own Brown & Green Cafes Ltd
& Brown & Green Life Wedding Venue.

I absolutely love my job. Having co-ordinated over 40 weddings and hundreds of events and parties, I can definitely say I have found my world. I work with a huge variety of people & companies ranging from small intimate dinner parties to huge corporate gala evenings.

As a very experienced, organised individual, I take care of all your logistics. This includes the run up, the planning, the organising, the scheduling, the booking, the meetings, the emails, the liasing. I have a team around me who will provide maximum support in putting your special day together and we will pull out all the stops. My attention to detail is key and every element of your day will be executed with abundance.

My event highlights so far...

Weddings on pedalos, corporate meals for 850 on Fairground Dodgems, canapes at The House of Lords, surprise wedding gifts i.e. a CAR being delivered mid ceremony, Christmas grottos in changing rooms, celebrity parties, weddings at Tennis clubs, hanging flower wreaths, silent discos, real live reindeers…anything is possible!

I am open to all creative suggestions, ideas and wild dreams- if you have always dreamt of flying trapeze dancers at your wedding, then I will make that happen. It is imperative that your wedding day or special event is exactly how you imagined. I am hands on & personal and always available for meetings, calls, emails and messages to ensure your day is 100% spot on.
I am professional & discreet and can deliver cool, creative and unforgettable events.

GETTING MARRIED IN 9 EASY STEPS
1. INITIAL CHAT AND CONSULTATION
Laura will meet you to discuss dates, initial ideas, numbers, suppliers
and give you a general overview of what to expect.
​
2. YOU SAY YES! ...AND SO DO WE!
Having spoken to Laura you are at ease, inspired and excited that your wedding will take place in the most beautiful setting surrounded by the trees and lakes.
Furthermore, if you wish to have the most delicious, fresh and exciting food for you and yours, there's the prospect of using our in-house catering SPAM PARTY FOOD. Make sure to check out SPAM below.
Laura will be with you for every step of your journey, from the moment you say 'yes' until your first dance. With over 40 weddings under her belt, she is the energy that every wedding or event needs!

3. SECOND MEETING/LIAISING
You meet Laura onsite and discuss all ideas you have running through your brain, your questions are answered, suppliers are chosen and any bespoke details about the day are noted.
Laura will liaise with (& provide if necessary) all suppliers including registrars, band, florist, photographer, cake supplier and DJ.

4. SCHEDULE TIME!
After the 2nd meeting, a schedule & time line is drawn up including timings of the day, suppliers, contacts and other important factors.
We will aid you in collaborating all your perfect suppliers, co-ordinating their arrival times & ensuring the smooth running of your day.
​​​5. CATERING & HIRE EQUIPMENT
At SPAM, we will be in charge of all catering, menus, quotes, canapes, feasts, evening food.
We also take care of the hire equipment ie crockery, cutlery, linen, tables & chairs, glassware, serving utensils etc.

6. BOOZE & BARS
We can also provide bars-whether you are looking for a neon contemporary
bar or rustic beer barrel type bar- Spam can help you create this.
We will provide bar staff & wine waiters.
We also provide a fully stocked bar-with draught if required.

7. FLOWERS & DECORATIONS
We thrive on creativity, we love flowers & regularly incorporate them into our table decorations. We work with you to create stunning tables, whether it’s all ribbons, lace & ivy or just simple pink roses.
We will make your wedding/event spectacular.

8. FOOD
You will liaise with Jess & her team to discuss menus, tastings and all things food. We serve WOW food. It looks and tastes amazing. Your guests will be asking for Jess' recipes!

9. THE BIG DAY
On the actual day Spam will take care of everything, be assured we have every minute planned to perfection. Our dedicated team of event professionals will ensure your day runs seamlessly and all you have to do is enjoy yourselves.

GREAT WEDDING VENUE-AMAZING TEAM!
We LOVED our wedding at Brown and Green! It's a beautiful, relaxed venue in the park, overlooking the lake and so much green. Laura, the event manager, totally understood our vision which made us feel so much more relaxed in the planning process and on the day. Laura was also brilliant in the run-up, super flexible with set-up and deliveries and really generous with letting us use anything at the venue. In the set up and on the day, Laura handled everything so we felt we could completely relax. We also really appreciated that she made some small changes to the timings which kept things running really smoothly. Jess deserves a special mention as well. She NAILED the food and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. So thanks Laura, Jess, and the Brown and Green team for making our day so special! Would HIGHLY recommend this venue!!

BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE
Brown & Green helped us have such a special wedding day! Laura is a dream, she provided guidance, support, recommendations but namely, she really hyped us up and helped us feel at ease. Laura helped us plan the day and made us feel super comfy. She made sure the day itself ran smoothly and she really did have everything under control. Jess (SPAM catering) was generous with the time she gave to us, and designed a menu that we loved, based on what we wanted. On the day, our loved ones couldn’t stop raving about the food! Especially good for those who have dietary needs (our whole menu was veggie and mostly gluten free). The staff on the day were special, attentive and kind and brought good, good vibes. Can’t recommend these gals and the venue enough!
